A profile should explain what you do, show how to contact you and point people toward your website or existing booking link. We review the accounts you already have, agree on the changes needed, and prepare a coordinated setup rather than creating unnecessary replacements.
If account access is missing or you are dealing with recovery or a more complex platform issue, tell us before work begins. Those situations need a separate assessment and quote. We confirm your included accounts, responsibilities, price and next steps in writing.

Bring your information; keep your ownership
We need your existing profile links, business description, services, contact details and preferred customer action. Supply the logo, photos and brand colors you want used, along with any website or booking link. Decide who will approve the bios, images and starter content.
We guide you through appropriate platform access instead of asking you to send passwords through the inquiry form. Your business keeps ownership of the accounts. The owner remains involved in any required verification or access steps, and we confirm the working schedule after reviewing the accounts and receiving the necessary information.

During the walkthrough, we review the finished profiles, check contact links and explain the basics of keeping information current. Starter content is delivered as approved copy and simple layouts using your supplied images. We publish agreed versions where access and platform features allow, and clearly identify any remaining drafts or pending steps.
The goal is a practical handoff. Daily posting, replies, advertising and ongoing social management are not included in this setup package. If your business also needs an eligible Google Business Profile, Complete Setup starts at $649 for all three profiles. A website can be scoped alongside your profile setup.

Will you run my social media after setup?
The package covers setup and handoff, with 14 days for setup questions after handoff. It does not include ongoing posting, inbox replies, advertising or continuous management.
What if I already have Facebook and Instagram accounts?
Send the links and tell us what is working and what needs attention. Existing accounts can be a useful starting point. We review access and quote for the cleanup needed before beginning.
Does setup include new photography or a new logo?
The starting price uses the logo, branding and photos you supply. Photography, new logo design, extra platforms and more complex account work require a separate assessment and quote.
