Start with the profile you have
Already have a listing? Send us the link before creating another one. We review the existing profile and account access, clarify whether you need setup or cleanup, and agree on the work before starting. Duplicate listings, suspended profiles, account recovery and additional locations need a separate assessment and quote.
We also ask how you serve customers: at a business location, by traveling to them, or both. Google controls profile eligibility. Reviewing your situation first helps us identify the appropriate next steps without promising approval.

What we need from you
Bring your business name, phone number, hours, services, website link if you have one, and the contact details customers should use. We also need your existing profile link, approved logo and photos, and access arranged through the platform. Please do not send passwords in an inquiry.
The business owner needs to remain available for verification and approvals. Your timing depends on receiving information and access, along with any required platform steps; we confirm a working schedule after reviewing the project.
You keep the account and the next steps
Your business keeps ownership. At handoff, we check that you can sign in, walk through the completed work, and explain how to update details and handle the basics yourself. We identify approved drafts, any agreed published versions, and verification or platform steps still pending.
This is a setup and handoff service. Daily posting, review responses, inbox replies, advertising and ongoing management are outside the core package. If you also need Facebook and Instagram, Complete Setup starts at $649; we confirm the right scope and final quote before work begins.

Is Google Business Profile free?
Yes. Google Business Profile itself is free. The $299 starting fee pays for our independent setup, cleanup and guidance service; it is not a Google charge.
Can you guarantee verification or higher Google rankings?
No. Google controls eligibility, verification and search placement. We help eligible businesses present accurate information and guide owners through required steps, but approval, ranking positions and verification dates are not guaranteed.
Can you help if my existing profile needs work?
Yes. Share its link and explain what needs changing. Standard cleanup can be included in an agreed setup scope. Recovery, duplicates, suspensions and more complex issues are reviewed and quoted separately.
