Choose a page with a clear purpose
A one-page website works best when customers need a straightforward introduction, an overview of your services and an easy way to contact you. We agree on up to five sections, such as an introduction, services, about, photos or reviews, and contact. The final arrangement follows the information and assets your business can provide.
If you need multiple pages, an online store, a custom app or a custom booking integration, say so at the start. Those needs require a separate quote. An existing booking tool can be linked from the standard one-page site.

What to prepare before we build
Send a clear description of your business, the services you want to feature, your service area and your preferred contact method. Include your logo, approved photos, existing website if you have one and any booking link. We also need the relevant domain and hosting access, arranged appropriately rather than by sending passwords in an inquiry.
We agree on the sections, scope, quote and working schedule before starting. Your information, access, revision feedback and final approval are part of that schedule. We do not promise a launch date before reviewing what the project needs.
Own your website and understand its costs
Your business keeps ownership of the website files, domain and hosting accounts. We explain where the site is hosted and how to make or request future changes. Domain registration, hosting, business email and other chosen provider charges are separate from the build fee, including any recurring renewals. These costs are explained in the quote.
The one-time build does not include continuous edits or maintenance. Additional pages, custom integrations and ongoing work are scoped separately. If you are buying a Google, social or Complete Setup package, the same one-page website scope is available as a +$499 add-on. Complete Setup + Website starts at $1,099 and already includes the website.
Your questions, answered.
Is $699 a monthly fee?
No. It is the starting one-time build fee for the standard scope. Domain, hosting, email and any other chosen provider costs are separate. We explain the actual costs and final quote before you approve the work.
Will the site work on a phone?
Yes. The package includes a mobile-friendly page, with your services and contact options arranged so visitors can use it on smaller screens as well as a desktop.
Does basic search setup guarantee rankings?
No. Basic page titles and descriptions help explain the page, but search engines decide indexing and rankings. The website build does not promise ranking positions, leads or sales.
Are social posts included?
The website-only package does not include social posts. Profile setup packages have their own starter-content deliverables; their one consolidated profile revision is separate from the website's two revision rounds.
